Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the FINchoo website, invitation process, and Bill Tracker application. By requesting early access or using FINchoo, you agree to these terms.
Service Overview
FINchoo is designed to help you organize bills, payment history, budgeting information, reports, and reconciliation records. FINchoo does not move money, initiate payments, or act as a bank, lender, or financial advisor.
Google Account Requirement
To help protect account access and tie each account to a unique user identity, FINchoo requires a Google account for sign-in and onboarding. Your email address does not need to be a Gmail address, but it must be associated with a Google account.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate signup and account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and your email access.
- You are responsible for reviewing your own bill, payment, and reconciliation records for accuracy.
No Financial Advice
FINchoo provides organizational and reporting tools only. Nothing in the service should be treated as financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Availability and Changes
FINchoo is evolving. Features, pricing, packaging, onboarding steps, and availability may change over time, especially during preview and early-access phases.
Acceptable Use
You may not use FINchoo to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse invitation, verification, or onboarding flows.
Limitation of Liability
FINchoo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FINchoo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
